Contact Integrate Comfort Systems
One line reaches every ICS office. Call it and you get a person, not a queue โ and the job is routed to whichever of our three Northern New Jersey shops is closest to you. If you would rather write, the form below reaches the same dispatch team.
Who Picks Up
Calls are answered around the clock and routed by address, not by whoever is free.
Talk to an HVAC Contractor in NJ
Use this form for anything that is not urgent: a question about a system, a second opinion on a quote you already have, a commercial enquiry, a billing question, or a request to be called back at a better hour. If you have no heat or no cooling right now, call instead โ the phone is the fast lane.
Three Shops, Split by Geography
Trucks, parts and sheet metal live at the office nearest your address. Knowing which one covers you tells you where your technician is coming from before you ever call.
Carlstadt โ Shop & Warehouse
736 Gotham Parkway, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. The fabrication shop and warehouse. It covers Bergen, Hudson and Passaic counties and the New York City boroughs โ everything inside the Route 17, Route 3 and Lincoln Tunnel triangle.
Belleville โ Main Office
267 Cortlandt Street, Belleville, NJ 07109. Covers Essex, Union and Morris, and reaches Sussex and Warren as well. Those last two are the long drives in our footprint, so we book them as planned work rather than same-day calls.
Englewood Cliffs
120 Charlotte Place, Suite 201, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Covers eastern Bergen County and the George Washington Bridge corridor โ Fort Lee, Teaneck and the high-rise stock along the Palisades, where access and elevator scheduling drive the job.
Contact Questions
Do you answer the phone after hours?
Yes. The number above is staffed around the clock for emergency work, and a no-heat or no-cooling call is triaged ahead of scheduled jobs. Overnight, tell the person who answers what the system is doing and where you are โ that decides who gets dispatched and from which office.
Which ICS office will handle my job?
Your address decides it. Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and New York City run out of Carlstadt. Essex, Union, Morris, Sussex and Warren run out of Belleville. Eastern Bergen and the bridge corridor run out of Englewood Cliffs. You do not need to pick โ dispatch does it when the call comes in.
Should I call or use the form?
Call for anything happening now: no heat, no cooling, water where it should not be, a burning smell, a commercial system down. Use the form for questions, second opinions and estimates, or if you would rather be reached by email. To put a specific visit on the calendar, book online instead.
Do you work in New York City as well as New Jersey?
We do. The Carlstadt office runs the New York City work, which is mostly commercial โ rooftop units, split systems in commercial spaces and building mechanical work in Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Building access rules and freight elevator hours shape those schedules more than the drive does.
Who do I contact about a commercial building?
The same number and the same form. Say it is commercial when you make contact and the enquiry goes to the commercial side, which handles service contracts, rooftop equipment, chillers, controls and design-build separately from residential dispatch.
Can I get a second opinion on a quote from another contractor?
Yes, and it is a common reason people write in. Send the proposal and a photo of the equipment nameplate with your message. What we will look at first is whether anyone measured the heat loss and the duct static pressure, because that is what tells you the size on the quote is right.
When an AC system needs repairs more often, another fix isnโt always the best long-term choice. Looking at the systemโs overall condition and performance can help you decide whether repairing or replacing makes more sense for your home.
Not sure which option is right? ICS can help you make an informed decision.

A new AC system can help lower energy use when itโs properly sized, installed, and maintained. Upgrading from an older, less efficient unit may also improve comfort and help your system run more efficiently during hot weather.
Thinking about replacing your AC? ICS can help you find the right fit for your home.

Leaky ductwork can waste conditioned air before it ever reaches your rooms. Proper duct sealing helps improve airflow, reduce energy loss, and create more consistent temperatures throughout your home.
