Book Service Online
Book HVAC service without waiting on hold. The form below goes to dispatch, who confirm the appointment with you before a technician is assigned. It is built for planned work β repairs that can wait until morning, tune-ups, estimates and installations.
Booking, Not Guessing
A request is not an appointment until dispatch has confirmed the window with you.
What to Have Ready
Two minutes of preparation changes what we can do on the first visit. The single most useful thing is the equipment nameplate β the metal or foil label on the furnace, air handler or outdoor unit. Photograph it. Model and serial tell us the age, the parts platform and whether the part is likely to be on the truck or on order.
After that, describe the behaviour rather than the diagnosis. It runs for four minutes and shuts off beats I think it is the thermostat. Note when it started and what changed first β a filter, a power cut, a thermostat swap.
- A photo of the equipment nameplate, and of the thermostat
- What the system is doing, in plain words, and since when
- The service address, and how to get into the mechanical space
- Whether the building is a rental, a condo or has an elevator to book
What You Can Book Here
What Happens Next
It Reaches Dispatch
Your request lands with the office that covers your address, together with whatever detail and photos you sent.
We Confirm the Window
Someone contacts you to agree a date and an arrival window. Nothing is booked until you have that confirmation.
A Technician Is Assigned
The visit is matched to the right trade β gas, hydronic, heat pump or commercial β and the likely parts go on the truck.
The Visit
You get the readings and the options before any work starts, and a written summary of what was found afterwards.
Book HVAC Service in a Few Fields
Tell us the address, the equipment and what it is doing. Everything else we can sort out on the confirmation call.
The Office Your Booking Is Routed To
Bookings are assigned by address. Which shop takes the job is what sets how soon a slot opens and what stock is already loaded.
Carlstadt
736 Gotham Parkway, Carlstadt, NJ 07072. Takes bookings for Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and the boroughs. Sheet metal is fabricated here, so duct changes on an install are scheduled against shop capacity too.
Belleville β Main Office
267 Cortlandt Street, Belleville, NJ 07109. Takes Essex, Union and Morris, plus Sussex and Warren. Book the western counties early β they are the long runs, and we group them rather than sending a truck out for one call.
Englewood Cliffs
120 Charlotte Place, Suite 201, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Takes eastern Bergen and the bridge corridor. If your building needs a certificate of insurance or a freight elevator reserved, say so when you book β that is what moves the date.
How Online Booking Works
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form starts the booking; dispatch then contacts you to agree a date and an arrival window against the crews actually available in your area. Treat the confirmation you receive back, not the form, as the appointment.
Can I book emergency service online?
Please do not. A form sits in a queue; a phone call is triaged. If you have no heat, no cooling, a gas smell, water coming from the equipment or a commercial system down, use the number above β it is answered around the clock. See emergency service for what counts as urgent.
Can I book a maintenance visit under my existing plan?
Yes β book it here and say which plan you hold. Plan visits are scheduled ahead of general maintenance requests, and autumn heating slots fill from September onwards, so an early booking gets the better dates. See maintenance plans.
π Warm afternoon, cool evening? Thatβs early fall in Northern New Jersey.
Seasonal temperature swings can make keeping your home comfortable a little tricky. Instead of constantly adjusting the thermostat, consider using a programmable schedule that accounts for cooler mornings and evenings and warmer afternoons.

π₯π Have you turned your heat on yetβeven just for a test?
As Northern New Jersey transitions into cooler fall weather, now is a smart time to make sure your heating system is ready.
Turn your heat on briefly and pay attention. Does warm air reach every room? Do you hear unusual noises? Is there a persistent strange smell? Does the system struggle to reach the thermostat setting?
Finding a problem now gives you time to address it before a chilly night turns your heating system into an emergency.
Need your furnace or heating system checked? Contact Integrate Comfort Systems to get your home ready for the colder weather ahead.
