7 Expert Tips for Long-Term HVAC Efficiency and Performance

Terms of Use

In effect from 29 August 2026.

These terms govern the use of icshvac.com. By browsing the site, submitting a form or booking a visit through it, you accept them. If you do not, stop using the site. Work carried out at a property is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this page โ€” see the section on service work below.

The site and what it is for

This is the website of Integrate Comfort Systems, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor operating from Carlstadt, Belleville and Englewood Cliffs in New Jersey. The site exists to describe what we do, to let you reach us, and to publish general information about heating and cooling equipment.

That information is general. It is written about typical systems in typical Northern New Jersey buildings, and your building is not necessarily typical. Nothing here is a diagnosis of your equipment, a design for your property, or advice you should act on without having someone look at the system. Do not use anything on this site as a reason to work on a gas appliance, a flue, refrigerant piping or a live electrical circuit yourself. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the utility before you call anyone else.

Nothing here is a price or an offer

The site carries no prices, and by design. What a job costs is driven by the building, not the model number: the heat loss, the state of the ductwork, the efficiency tier chosen, how hard the equipment is to move in and out, and what the town requires by way of permits and inspection. Any description of scope or equipment on this site is illustrative and does not bind us.

A binding price exists only in a written proposal issued for your property, and only for as long as that proposal says it stands. Where a proposal and this site disagree, the proposal governs.

Forms, bookings and messages

Submitting a form is a request. It is not a confirmed appointment and it does not create a contract. A visit is booked when our office has agreed a date and an arrival window with you and told you so.

When you give us a phone number or an email address, you are asking to be contacted about the enquiry, which we may do by call, email or text. Message frequency varies and standard carrier rates apply. Consent to marketing messages is handled separately and can be withdrawn. Our phone numbers may be routed through a call-tracking service, and calls may be recorded โ€” the Privacy Policy sets out what happens to the resulting data.

Do not use a form to report an emergency. Forms are read in office hours; the phone line is not. For anything happening now, call (866) 749-6331.

Service work is governed by its own agreement

Repairs, installations, maintenance plans and commercial service agreements are performed under a written contract, work order or plan agreement signed for that job, together with the terms on the invoice. Those documents set the scope, the payment terms, the cancellation terms and whatever warranty applies. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are given by the manufacturer on its own terms and are subject to registration and to the maintenance it requires.

New Jersey regulates home improvement contracting, and residential work is done under contracts that meet those requirements. Nothing on this page reduces a right you hold under New Jersey consumer protection law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you are not authorised to use
  • Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site, or use it to train a model, without written permission
  • Do not submit false details, someone else’s contact information, or requests for a property you have no authority over
  • Do not upload anything malicious, unlawful, defamatory or infringing
  • Do not interfere with the site’s operation or with anyone else’s use of it

We may withdraw access to the site, or decline to act on a request made through it, if these rules are broken.

Content and trade marks

The text, layout, photographs, diagrams and video on this site belong to Integrate Comfort Systems or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing, reselling or adapting the content for a competing purpose is not permitted.

The Integrate Comfort Systems name and logo are our marks. Manufacturer, certification and partner names that appear on the site โ€” among them Mitsubishi Electric, NATE and the New Jersey Devils โ€” belong to their respective owners and are used to identify equipment, credentials and relationships, not to suggest that those owners endorse the site.

Material from other people

Some pages embed maps, video or forms served by other companies, and some show customer reviews written by customers. Embedded material is delivered under the provider’s own terms, and its availability is not something we control. Reviews are the views of the people who wrote them. Where we link out, the linked site is not ours and we take no responsibility for it.

No warranty on the site itself

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful code, or that every page is current โ€” equipment ranges, incentive programmes and regulations change, and a page may lag behind them. To the extent the law allows, implied warranties relating to the site are excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrate Comfort Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including lost profit, lost data or property damage. Liability arising out of work performed at a property is dealt with in the agreement for that work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you had no right to provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about the site are to be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in New Jersey, and you agree to that venue. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of it. Check back before relying on anything here.
