About the Project
ICS installed state-of-the-art, two-zone Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems in the 100,000 ft² of flex space. The total cost of ownership of VRF systems is lower than for conventional systems and provides a more comfortable environment. The new systems run less frequently and at a lower capacity than the conventional systems they are replacing, which saves energy, lowers costs, and reduces the use of fossil fuels.
ICS was easy to collaborate with and ensured that the mechanical systems were installed on-time and per the engineer’s and manufacturer’s specs. These heating and cooling systems are amazing; they provide a constant temperature gradient in every corner of the space. We are very pleased with ICS’ work and the value they bring to our projects.
