The customer inherited a very tough set up that was originally installed by the condominium developer in the 1980’s. The AC, heating, water heater and other utilities were installed in a such a way that servicing them was nearly impossible.

ICS worked in a very tough space and managed to upgrade with a modern hybrid heat pump setup that will save the customer lots of utility costs in heating and also add in essential indoor air quality features such as a Polarized Media Air cleaner, Reme-Halo air purifier, and a steam humidifier.
